Jeff is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential through movement, flexibility, and mindful recovery. He is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach, combining science-based techniques with a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. His mission is to empower individuals to become the best versions of themselves and lead lives of purpose, vitality, and fulfillment. He is committed to continuous growth and actively pursuing ongoing certifications to better serve and inspire those he works with.

Maggie is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach. She is passionate about helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and hanging out with my two cats, August and Rocket. She chose to work at The Vital Stretch because she loves supporting others on their health journeys, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel their best.
